For restaurants

Catering and large orders captured. Regulars brought back.

A call missed during service gets a text from your number within a minute and a booked table. A catering or large-order request is answered the same day and passed to you with headcount, date and budget. Regulars who have not been in for 30, 60 or 90 days get a text about their usual table. Guests are asked for a review the next morning.

Win-back

Regulars at 30, 60, 90 days

Permissions

Permissions and limits set up for a restaurant.

Reviews

Every guest who dined is asked for a review, whatever rating they would give. Nothing is offered in return for a review.

Under four stars

If a guest answers with fewer than four stars, the answer is sent to you. The system does not post it anywhere.

The host

Anything outside its permissions is passed to the host: large parties, special requests, waiting times for walk-ins.

Bookings

It books only into the times you opened, sends the confirmation, and sends a reminder on the day.

Regulars

Your regulars come from your own reservation system and your till (point of sale): one row per guest. No contact lists are bought.

Locations

Each location has its own phone line. One AI assistant knows each location’s hours and menu. One spreadsheet covers all of them.

Questions

Does it take reservations?

It books into the slots you opened, sends the confirmation and the day-of reminder, and hands to the host for anything outside the rules: large parties, special requests, walk-in waits.

Is the review ask allowed?

Everyone who dined is asked, nobody is gated by rating, and nothing is offered for a review. Under-four responses go to you and are not posted.

Where do the regulars come from?

Your reservation system and your POS, if they export; otherwise the list you already have. One row per guest, nothing purchased.

Multiple locations?

One line per location, one assistant with per-location hours and menus, one sheet for all of them.

Text the line.

Text how many calls you miss on a Friday and how many catering requests you get a month. The reply shows what a month of this would have captured.
